Postage & Shipping
Freight Providers: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Courier depending on the the package size, weight, value, contents and the destination address. You may request a specific courier or service for your order. We may or may not be able to accommodate the request. There may be additional courier/post charges depending on the delivery service requested. Making such a request may significantly delay the dispatch of your order. We can not guarantee we will be able to make the changes requested.
Authority to Leave (ATL) Services: We recommend specifying an attended address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. Some postage or courier services may automatically assume Authority To Leave (ATL) has been granted. Some services are only available with ATL. Therefore for security reasons we recommend having someone available to accept the order.
Requesting Authority to Leave (ATL): Where a customer requests Authority To Leave (or any other instruction to allow the parcel to be left without being handed to a recipient) in the order notes we will mark the parcel as such where applicable. This will override the Insured Service if selected as part of the checkout. Most services we use will have some form of postage guarantee. By requesting an ATL service this guarantee may become null and void. In some cases the postage guarantee will end at the point it is marked as delivered. There may be no proof of delivery. On an ATL request you accept all responsibility for late, lost or damaged items. For this reason we do not recommend ATL. Registered Post and some courier services won't allow for ATL and some drivers may refuse to leave a parcel. In the case of an undeliverable parcel we will forward any costs associated with the return (if a fee is charged by the courier) and the resending of a parcel to the original purchaser.

Express Post: There may be an Express Post option at checkout. Selecting Express Post will not expedite the dispatch of your order. It will mean the parcel should move faster through the postal network. This is a good option in most cases during warmer months to avoid heat damage to goods in transit.
E6000 Adhesive Can Not Move via Air Express: As E6000 contains an IATA restricted oxidising agent, it can not be moved by air. Areas between Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich and surrounds, Road Express should be a faster service - therefore selecting Express to those areas may be a good option. All other areas DO NOT select Express Post if your order contains E6000. It may actually take longer than selecting the cheaper regular post option!
Click & Collect / Pickup Not Available: Please note that Click & Collect is currently not available until further notice. All orders will be dispatched via Post or Courier.
