Plunger type Extruder for Softened Clays
This is a plunger-type clay extruder suitable for softened clays. You must work and condition the clay and will need to add some clay softener to make the clay easily pliable before extruding. We recommend considering the Professional Ultimate Twist style extruder as an easier to use alternative.
DO NOT use with hard or unconditioned clays. Doing so may damage the extruder or hurt your hands.
ALWAYS Soften your clay by conditioning AND using softener.

You Will Need Softener
Clay used with this type of extruder MUST be heavily softened with either liquid clay softener or solid clay softener. Ensure you have some on hand to make your clay soft enough to be extruded with the plunger type extruder.
